Amy Scott -  Customer Experience Strategy & Insight

Amy is highly experienced service designer and customer experience consultant.  She has worked with many brands over the last 30 years, to design and improve their service offering, resulting in a significantly better customer experience.  Clients include those in the Financial Services, Housing, Utilities, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Automotive & NFP sectors.
